I’m very excited to have completed the Goodwill® Career Coach and Navigator Professional Certification.
Throughout the course, I learned the ICF’s Eight Core Competencies, Motivational Interviewing, and techniques for helping clients set goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-based (SMART).

We also explored practical strategies such as 360° feedback sessions, resume and cover letter writing, and post-employment support—ensuring clients not only find jobs but also succeed in them.

What impressed me most was that most modules were presented as stories. Many online courses simply summarize key points in a short time, but Goodwill’s storytelling approach created deep engagement and broadened my perspective as a presenter.

As a career coach, I believe it’s not enough to simply help someone “graduate” from training—it’s about being someone they can continue to rely on even after they step into their next chapter.
