Hello. I am TobiraAI (He/Him). I graduated from Kobe University’s GSICS in 2003 and have dedicated my career to education.

In 2025, I earned a Grade A in SEL from the University of Colorado Boulder. My professional credentials include certifications from Goodwill® (Career Coach) and Google (AI & Prompting Essentials). I also completed the Generative AI for K-12 Educators from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, I hold the Level 1 Japanese History Proficiency Test certification (the most advanced level, exceeding university standards).I am dedicated to the following three missions:

1. Beyond Academic Ability: Nurturing the “Way of Being”

Education should prioritize a child’s “Being” (humanity) over “偏差値” (exam scores). Our society must shift from ego-driven success toward fostering maturity, empathy, and dignity. By applying my expertise in SEL, I aim to raise individuals who find value in contributing to others, ultimately transforming Japan into a spiritually rich and beautiful nation.

2. Generative AI: A Partner in Intellectual Growth

Generative AI is not just a tool for efficiency; it is an intellectual partner that expands human thought. By mastering “prompting skills” as a new form of literacy, we can enhance social dialogue and free teachers to focus more on direct student engagement. Wisely used, AI serves as a key to reclaiming a more intellectual and fulfilling society.

3. Learning from History: Reviving Regional Japan

To correct Tokyo’s over-centralization, we must learn from the autonomy and vitality of regional domains from the Edo period. Having mastered Japanese history at the highest level, I apply these lessons to revitalize local communities. My mission is to bridge the successes and failures of the past to the present, building a Japan we can proudly pass on.

Conclusion: Opening the Door to a Spiritually Rich Japan

True happiness requires a spiritual foundation rooted in history, education that focuses on one’s “way of being,” and a future empowered by technology.

My guiding motto is 「至誠」 (Supreme Sincerity), based on the principle that victory in life’s decisive moments comes from a sincere heart. I am committed to these missions with everything I have. While I focus on my primary work, I welcome voluntary and sincere consultations via my website or at hanaguwashi.sakuraniharukita@gmail.com Thank you for your support.

I am eager to share insights and learn alongside you as we navigate this transformative era together. Let’s create a brighter future, one step at a time.
